Application Performance Management

Application Performance Management - NetEye Total control, top-level applications, maximum performance

Are you looking for a tool to optimize and manage enterprise applications effectively?

NetEye offers real-time monitoring of application performance. It leverages the concepts of observability and unified monitoring to collect data and metrics at various levels of the IT infrastructure, providing aggregated information about the entire lifecycle of IT services and their utilization.

What is it

NetEye Application Performance Management (APM) is a comprehensive application monitoring solution that provides business intelligence analysis to quickly understand how performance issues of applications impact critical business processes. It can capture data from all enterprise IT systems, regardless of geographic location and architectural complexity, and present them in aggregated dashboards to enable a comprehensive analysis of the entire infrastructure. The APM features are supported by the Elastic APM solution, which, with the integration of OpenTelemetry, allows the collection and management of telemetry data from various technologies and architectures.

What features

are included

  • Visual Monitoring: Monitoring user experience and simulating end-users’ behavior for a specific enterprise application.
  • End-to-End Auditing: Monitoring end-users’ actions and proactively resolving events that may affect the perceived performance, availability, and latency of the application.
  • Machine Learning: Detecting anomalies through machine learning to identify and isolate performance and availability issues of applications that may not be perceptible with human senses.
  • Forecast and Prediction: Predicting resource requirements such as CPU, RAM, and memory for better application management planning and associated costs.

How does Würth Phoenix protect the security of NetEye?
At Würth Phoenix, security is considered in every stage of the development lifecycle to ensure that our code, our product and our customers remain protected. We carry out secure development practices at all stages of the life cycle:
  • Continuous training on secure software development and security knowledge base managed by the security team
  • In the design phase, practices include threat modelling and design review
  • During development, we rely on a mandatory peer review process as the first line of security control. This is supported by automated analysis checks (Web vulnerability scanners) and manual security testing (both by internal teams and third-party experts)
  • Formal operational preparation and change control processes then ensure that only approved changes are deployed in production.
